Dr. O’Neill Traveled Overseas On A Two-Part Mission

by Mia on January 4, 2009

Dr. O’Neill traveled to Europe this past December on a two-part mission for The Alpine Clinic. His first stop was Engelberg, Switzerland to meet up with the United States Ski Jump Team – including nationals champ and New Hampshire’s own, Nick Alexander. During his time in Switzerland he worked with the team and attend one of their important Pre-Olympic meets.

Dr. O’Neill then traveled to London, England to meet with Tim Harkness. Tim is the Assistant Director of Sports Science with the premier football league, Chelsea. Chelsea is in the forefront of using Biofeedback and other innovative injury prevention & rehabilitation methods in order to keep their elite soccer players healthy.

Dr. O’Neill, along with his partners and staff at The Alpine Clinic are already pioneering ways to improve performance in all of their patients, not just their top athletes. They hope to have their own biofeedback program up and running this summer.

I have known of Dr. Oneil for some time. I am proud to have him representing the United States overseas to enhance their physicality as well as their knowledge of rehab, breakdowns and longevity. I wish him a good journey and pleasant stays.
